This weekend saw the birth of 3 beautiful new drums brought into being in ceremony under warm sunny skies and capturing the energy of the blue moon. 🌕

Another beautiful drum circle in the Tru Yoga studio at Alnwick. This is going to be a regular venue so do watch out for the next dates. 😊

Yesterday was International Dance Day and it was the day I returned to teach Tribe Zuza. It felt good to be moving on the dance floor with you all again. I have missed you! Movement really is medicine. ❤️
