Tribe Zuza ships within the UK and most international destinations. Purchases over £150 are shipped free.
No tracking number is provided with this service.
Please only contact us if you have allowed 14 business days for the arrival of your parcel and it has not been delivered.
Note: International customers are responsible for all custom/duty fees within their own countries.
Once your item has been shipped and you have received your confirmation email, Tribe Zuza is no longer responsible for the item.
If your parcel is not collected from your end or the wrong address is given and your parcel is returned to sender, Tribe Zuza will advise you and happily re forward your parcel at your own expense.
Many of Tribe Zuza's products are one of a kind, vintage and unique global finds. This means these products have been made from old and re-used materials, therefore items may have small imperfections due to their age. Each item is carefully hand selected, so it is important you choose carefully and take a close look at photos provided as there is no exchange or refund on these items that are listed as Vintage or ‘One of a Kind’ finds.
Tribe Zuza will kindly refund all other items that are not listed as Vintage or One of a Kind finds as long as item is returned within 7 days, from day of receiving. The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
